On the front cover of Sainsburys Magazine for January - free bottle of sparkling wine for every reader. This was a buy one get one free type offer, bottle was £8.99. I duly cut out the coupon and went in search of the bottle - sorry madam but only available at larger Sainsburys!! Quick chat with the lady at the customer service desk and I was allowed to choose another bottle of an equivalent price plus the free one. Couldn't find the equivalent price, £7.99 was all I could find - total 15.98 but when the £8.99 voucher was taken off it meant the one I had to buy was even cheaper. Also had a free box of chocolates voucher - once again they didn't stock that box so an alternative was allowed.
