Direct debit taken after bankruptcy date, where do we stand?

My partner and myself have recently went bankrupt via the LILA route in Scotland.
My partners wages from a part time job (he is also a student) has went into the old bank account (overdraft included in BR) and the very same day a direct debit was taken for a loan from the same bank which was also included in the BR.
This direct debit has taken the entire amount of my partners wages and I was just wondering if anyone knew where we would stand on getting this money back from the bank seeing as it was taken after the BR date?
BR date -15th June.
wages & DD date - 25th June.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

If the loan was included in the bankruptcy they cannot decide to pay themselves. Ask the bank for the money back, if you have no joy, ask your OR (or Scottish equivalent to help)
