Awaiting decision by Yorkshire Bank

I went to the Yorkshire bank to apply for mortgage yesterday. All went ok and advisor said shouldnt be a problem and everything went through ok. She said, as its a 95% mortgage, it had to go to their HQ (or similar) for approval, what do they do with it?

Usual checks I'd imagine - credit, income, affordability, valuation, etc etc.
Ring them and ask if you're not sure0 -
my only concern is according to Experian I still owe £8125 on a loan which is actually paid off and £6843 on a credit card which is actually £2300. This is taking my credit rating to Poor based on this and also a number of searches that I hadnt realised would effect the rating. If they dont like the Poor rating (understandably) will they query the amounts so I can prove the debts paid off or is it a straight no? In terms of affordability, my outgoings are £200 a month and my average monthly wage,AFTER DEDUCTIONS is £2400 meaning I have about £2200 surplus every month,Im hoping this will go in my favour,0

To be honest there's no point anyone speculating, you'll just have to wait and see if they approve it.0
