Advise Please No Interview

Hi, I have just recieved my first letter from my OR and was expecting details of when i'll get my telephone interview but instead it says "Upon reviewing the information that you provided to the court, I have decided that it is not neccessary to interview you at this time."
I am disabled on benefits and own a car worth around £1500. When I left court I recieved a phone call and was asked about my mobility problems.
I was going to do all I could to keep my car as I depend on it daily and if I no longer had it it would cost me a fortune for taxis.
There is no mention of my car in this letter, does anyone know what will happen to it?
Could they just turn up out of the blue and take it away?

Thanks

No, it seems like you put enough information in the forms for the OR to be happy. This is not really uncommon. If he hasnt mentioned the car then you can safely assume that he has no interest in it and that you can keep it, and even if he did in the future he would write to you anyway - nobody is gonna turn up and take it.

    Hope that helps

Relax Jim, seems the OR has no interest in investigation at this stage ( and perhaps never ) Who knows, if your case is straight forward you may even be put forward for ED. Dont bank on it though, no one has the right, but you would appear to be a straight forward case as far as the OR is concerned. Forget about it now and try to live a " normal life " the months will whizz by and no one will come for your car!

    Hi

When I had first contact with the OR they gave me a date and time for the interview I guess they don't really need to do an interview they must have all the info they need.
