Terms and Conditions:
1. This competition is a free prize draw organised by Trainline.com Limited of the Matrix, 9 Aldgate High Street, London EC3N 1AH (“TheTrainline”).
2. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and fully understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms, then you should not enter this competition.
3. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Employees of TheTrainline, their agencies, their family members or anyone professionally associated with this competition are not eligible for entry.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted and a separate entry is required for each person. No purchase necessary. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties and any such entries will be invalid.
5. The prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability
6. The prizes available are 2 pairs of tickets for each iTunes Festival event being held between 10 July and 31 July. Tickets are not available for any dates prior to 10 July. The prize tickets are for entry to the iTunes Festival only. Any related travel or accommodation costs are at the expense of the ticket winners. If the event is cancelled, there will be no alternative prize offered. Should the chosen winner be unable to attend, the tickets will be offered to an alternative winner.
7. The closing date for entry to this competition is 11:59pm on 3 July 2009.
8. The competition will be drawn by TheTrainline on 6 July 2009. The iTunes Festival will be notified of winners. The winners will then be contacted by iTunes Festival one week prior to the event with further information regarding tickets.
9. You may enter the prize draw without submitting an email address by writing to us at: Marketing Department, TheTrainline, The Matrix, 9 Aldgate High Street, London EC3N 1AH indicating your interest and supplying your name and address. The closing date for receipt of paper-based entries is close of business 3 July 2009.
10. When you submit your personal information in the process of entering the competition, you will be registered on TheTrainline website and our Privacy Policy will apply to the way in which we use any such data.
11. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
12. For notification of the winners, please write, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope after 6 July 2009 to: Marketing Department, TheTrainline, The Matrix, 9 Aldgate High Street, London EC3N 1AH.
13. TheTrainline reserves the right to use the names of winners for promotional purposes.
14. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received for each preferred date. The decision of TheTrainline in connection with the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. TheTrainline shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any failure or breach by any party in connection with your entry into this competition, or in connection with the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of TheTrainline for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. This competition may be withdrawn by TheTrainline at any time without notice.
