Did you call the number from the alton towers website in the book a hotel section, that is the number I called to book mine.

When I have sent away for tesco vouchers before it normally takes about a week.

I managed to get through yesterday, have booked to go next Thurs 29th
Hotel B&B + Water Park tickets for me, hubby & 4 yr old cost £76.
Didn't have to pay water park for son as under 5 is free.

Ordered the park tickets yesterday from Tescos so hopefully they come in time! The woman said they usually take 3-7 days.

If you order tesco deals with the online code they normally come within two days!

did you book online or over the phone?

i booked online and it never gave me an option of entrance to the park,

have i done something wrong, i booked in the splashworld hotel... please help

Yes, I was very happy the deal vouchers turned up on Wednesday morning and I only ordered them on Monday morning :T

Can't wait to go next week, haven't been for a few years

Do you mean the Splash Landings Hotel ?
If you have a reservation number you should still be able to book discounted tickets. There was a leaflet that came with my confirmation letter yesterday it says:

Remember it's not too late to upgrade your package to include our spa, theme park or an additional day in the water park. You will even receive a discount if you book before your visit. (water park usually £12.50 discounted price is £9. I think the discounted Park tickets were £24)

Thank you so much for this! My children saw the Alton Towers advert last night and both went - wow mum!!! They went last Easter and loved it.

I've just booked one night at Spash Landings for £66 for all of us (2 adults & 2 children) for June. Off to order my tickets via Tesco Clubcard now - but thank you so much!!!

I recently got the Tussauds Group voucher leaflet through the door - promoting Half Price Hotel stays at Alton Towers using code GDD, but it excluded 31 March to 17 April. Which is when we were going to Alton Towers Theme Park. (2 adults & 2 kids) I was not prepared to pay the online prices - at the end of the day is is just a hotel. Some of the feedback on Trip Advisor is not so good either. When I exited from the site a feedback box popped up - which I completed stating the prices are too expensive.

This morning I got a call from them responding to my feedback. She asked what price I thought was reasonable - so I said the first price that came into my head, she bettered the price by £1 but it was for Splash Landings, I said what's the best price for Alton Towers Hotel? she came back with a price £9.00 dearer than my initial price. Which is a fantastic deal, especially as my initial price was laughable and I never expected them to be able to do any deals.

Works out we got 26% off their online price, which will more than cover spenditure at the parks. I'm very pleased.

Just goes to show how accommodating some of these big organisations are.
