Not a clue.
Predicting a year ahead is hard enough.
It'd be lovely if prices could just fall and then stay static relative to wages for ever and ever. Not going to happen though.0 -

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

At a point the market will find a balance again within a range. That'll make buying and selling less of a risk than betting betting on black or red on a roulette wheel.0 -
