I received a catalogue through my door this morning from a company called Warehouse Direct with loads of diy tools / products for £1.00, including chisels, saws, hammers and all sorts of other things.
Postage is a bit steep at £8.00 but if you buy a few things it's worth while.
You can order through their website https://www.whdirect.co.uk I've done a couple of searches on Google and read a few positive comments about them so they appear reliable.
