I wanna free/cheap Toni & Guy Academy haircut!

Hi all,
I'm in London and several years ago I got my hair cut by Toni & Guy Academy a couple of times. Recently I've been using a hairdresser that costs me getting on for £60 for a cut and colour  but as I'm currently on a serious economy drive I want to go back to getting freebies (or at least, only pay the £25 or so surcharge for a colour treatment)! So, a couple of questions:
1) I used to find the contact info/vouchers (without which the haircut would be a fiver) in the free London mags, GAT and Ms London. I haven't really paid much attention to these mags recently and I know they've now merged into one called London Careers or something. Anyway, I picked up one of these mags yesterday and there was no voucher. Is this still the right place to find them? (Maybe they only advertise every other week or something.)
2) Is there any info about them online cos I can't find any. The only Toni&Guy Academy info I can find is for prospective hairdressing students, not prospective models.
3) I know they have at least 3 London locations which specialise in different things, and I can't remember what these are. I only ever went to the St Christopher's Place one which was "classic cuts" or something, whereas the Stamford Street branch and the other one (wherever that is) were more "directional".
Any advice appreciated. I have a week off work in early May and I'd like to take the opportunity to book myself in for a new 'do.

..while we r on the subject can anyone tell me where to get a voucher/money off at essentuals (part of toni and guy) ive got some out of mags before but you can only use them with the less senior stylist so no good for me. also, i dont want to ask them (cos i cant afford it lol) but how much would it cost just to get a thin part of your hair bleached, and do you have to go 2 days running for a skin test? cheersFr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0

A cut is priced at £12 and a colour is priced at £25. (For a colour you will need to have a skin test before an appointment can be made)

Hi,
I was searching around online about experiences for Academies as I just went to Toni&Guy Academy in Central London to have my hair cut on Tuesday for the first time (previously always went to Rush salons but now I am job hunting its cost cutting time but still want a nice cut if possible). It was an interesting experience - definitely time consuming (3 hours) and since its students they dont get it necessarily completely right but usually corrected by the Teacher so in the end it turns out decent. Of course cheap £5. The number to call is 0207 8360606. I think I was told the best time to call is Wed to get an appt for the following week and its either 9.45am or 1.45pm. I think theres other locations but only know this one. I'm sure you can call and ask them.
I just called Vidal Sassoon Academy as I wanted to compare (since I think Vidal Sassoon is probably a little higher quality). Theres is £11 (£5 with a Student Card). The number to call them in Central London is 0207 491 0030
Hope that helps.0 -
Another good one to try is Mahoganny. Had my hair coloured there twice, it was a good colour, stayed put well and they also offer cuts. If you keep your eyes peeled sometimes in the Metro they offer free cuts with a voucher.
I had my hair dyed by Sanrizz twice before and I wont go back again. The colour was a semi perminant, I think its to save money. It just rinsed right out, they did not warn me it was a semi, I sat there for hours having it done and it was only overhearing them say to another model "we only use semi's for models) that I realised. Waste of my time!0
