If you get a letter. Do the online quote, save it. I then take a screenshot of it and file it in "My Documents", keep the original letter and date it. Then I enter a one line note in my diary one month ahead. If nothing comes a quick email then should sort it out.0

I got this a few months ago for a £5 M+S voucher and can confirm it does work...it didn't say anything on the website about the voucher, so I didn't think I'd recieve it, but it popped through the letterbox a few weeks later
