Just had an email telling me that the minimum spend is now £20 to receive the trolley :@ didn't say that yesterday when I ordered and when I checked out it was all fine!

How can they say this when the web page says the following.

yes i just tried ordering spoon on check out trolley is there but says click on orders over £20

I thought it said that somewhere but not acording to Shaleen who emailed to say:

Hello Sam

I’m writing to inform you that the shopping trolley offer is not available with this purchase. As stated the offer is for “a first purchase of £20+”.

Could you please let me know if you’d like to continue and receive only the spoon, purchase the trolley at £15 or cancel the order?

Have cancelled now anyway, awaiting refund.
