DNA Test When I Can't Contact PWS
^Snoop^

I'm paying for two children who I have doubts are mine. The children were born 9 years ago and at that time, I was pretty young and immature, just going along with things. Put my name on the birth certificate as I was pretty naive then.
Since then I've had many doubts that the children aren't mine, the PWC has refused me access to see them pretty much since we seperated a year after they were born and I'm still paying £222 CSA per month.
How can I arrange a DNA test if I'm unsure where the PWC lives? And what would happen if she refuses to have the DNA test (which I expect will be the case)?
Any advice would be appreciated!

You assumed parentage when you put your details on the birth certificate, and when you stated paying the CSA.
I suspect it is now down to you to maybe seek legal advice, where a court could order her to take a DNA, however i have no idea as to how you will go about finding this PWC.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.
