Claiming Amazon Vouchers from MyTNS/MySurvey

Has anyone managed to receive an Amazon voucher from MyTNS/MySurvey? How long did it take to come and how did it arrive?

Most other companies seem to just send you an instantaneous e-mail with the code on it. But this company say they will take 4-6 weeks to send it through, and I'm presuming that comes through on 'snail' mail which does seem to be a wasted effort on their part.

i only go for nectar points with them but i do know that amazon vouchers come in the form of an email

Amazon vouchers do come by email, haven't ordered one for a long time but don't think they took that long. They probably quote 4-6 weeks for the other voucher option (Capital Bonds) which would be snail mail)

Well i get the amazon vouchers regularly and ive noticed that they do it in batches.

Id say you will wait no more than 4 weeks (i usually get mine within 2-3) but it just depends when you order them and how far away that is from the batch being sent out. As i said though, it wont be longer than 4 weeks from personal experience

I've been waiting over 8 weeks now. I have sent them several emails about it but am still waiting. First they said I've got to wait until after 6 weeks, then they seemed to get confused about the reward I requested and thought I'd requstd nectar points, now they are saying the amazon vouchers were sent to me and have been spent! I emailed MySurvey again saying that I have not received any vouchers and that if Amazon check my account history, they will see I have not placed any recent orders and have not used gift vouchers since 2008. My Survey had not replied to this email.
Have today contacted Amazon about this and am waiting to see what they say.
I noticed in another thread that other people have had trouble getting their vouchers and that some of them are being told the vouchers are 'currently unavailable' Makes me think my missing vouchers were never sent!

They do an Amazon run every 4-6 weeks. So depending on when you put your claim in, you could be waiting anything from a few days to 6 weeks. I know I've recieved vouchers from them at both of these extremes.

As an update to all, yes they do come through electronically (eventually) but can take anything up to 6 weeks. You order the voucher from your My Survey account, and the Amazon code is then sent to your e-mail address some weeks later. Really slow way of doing things.
