Tips to clean stubborn surface stains?

Hi everyone,
hope this is the right place for this thread, not sure where i should create it really.
My problem is my kitchen surfaces
sometimes certain food once splashed on stains forever. even if i wipe them straight away. like spaghetti sauce or curry sauce. are there any cheap tips on what i can do to get rid of these stains? im sick of them and scrubbing them for ages does nothing :mad: thanks
