Having trouble printing Pizza Express voucher

Anyone else having the same problem? Printer is working OK but the Pizza Express voucher is barely readable, any ideas?

I had trouble, it took ages to download fully. It started 'rendering'. Click to download, go away and come back half an hour later, check the T&Cs are at the bottom, that is the last thing to download.0
