Remortgage...help please

Hi Everyone..
Just to introduce myself and my problem...I am 24 living in Birmingham...

In 2006 I took out a mortgage of 84,000 pounds for 25 yrs with 10% deposit. I opted for the interest only payment (was cheap tats why).

I would like to now to go for repayment and would like to remortgage my house plus get some extra cash on top.

I was just wondering if this is possible? Could someone please help me on this issue.

Any help would be appreciated! :)

Highly unlikely you can raise any more, in fact you may well be in negative equity.
If you want to switch to repayment just ring your lender.

Have you ran a search to check the value of your property? Nationwide has a property calculator.

It should be no bother to swich your repyment type just contact your lender.
