Help!!! Does anyone eat ASDA burgers or know anything about them??

hi,

Last year we had some nice burgers at a BBQ and they were from ASDA. They were large flat burgers as opposed to smaller fatter burgers.

Does anyone (and I know this is a crazy question) have any of these burgers in their fridge and can tell me the diameter and thickness of the burger.

ASDA 4 beef quarter pounders Chargrilled (frozen). £1.75 for 4 but 2 for £3.

I want to do an online shop for a party I am planning but dont want to stock up on these burgers if they aren't right!!!

    A friend of mine got 4 quarter pounder burgers from Asda's freezers for a £1. Not sure of exact size but they were thick and a good size and tasted good. We'd have never guessed they only cost a £1 until she told us.

    Maybe call ASDA customer services up and see if they have it on their system? (Or - perhaps better to call the store)

    Asda do Extra Special Big Eat burgers which are quite nice and are big but not overly thick, maybe it's them, they're 6oz though, not 4oz.

    I remember these, I used to buy them American style burgers they were called. They dont sell them anymore though

    I buy the small ones with buns and cheese - they're fantastic, 4 tiny ones for £2 though :s
