Hello - I'd really like to start using this again - but in my stupidity I've thrown out the instructions (& the paddle) :mad:I've found a site selling parts :jbut I can't find any instructions. Can anyone help please?

I put UK in the search and ended up with half a ton of US sites - but nowt for the ice cream maker...drrrr.
