OR Interview

Well I was told that this would be the interview. Another woman from the court was there too and she handed in her BR order but was told he'd be in touch about a face-to-face interview later. So I am assuming, (and I hope you can clarify) that this was it.
There were a few questions about the name the debts were taken out in as I have been married twice, reverting to my maiden name after I divorced my ex-husband. That was fine.
I did have to sell my house seven years ago and didn't think I'd be asked about it but I was: OR (rightly) wanted to know why I hadn't used the equity to settle my debts. Well I did pay off some smaller ones but I also needed money to privately rent for a while, upfront, since my credit-worthiness was rubbish. I was a bit worried by that question but he seemed to accept that I needed to find a place for my DD and I to live and to furnish it.
The other question I wasn't expecting was that if my DD was healthy and I could work, would I still be going BR. I answered that I would but probably didn't clarify it properly because when I can, (and my son is only a toddler), I won't go back to the well-paying job I had before. But again, the OR said it was fine. I thought that was a bit strange since I was already BR by then
No mention at all of my SOA or an IPA. My only income is tax credits so that's not surprising I suppose. I had evidence for practically everything in my SOA and a years bank statements for all the accounts I've held but these weren't asked for. Would that be because I have no income? I've heard of ORs asking for these but only before the formal interview.
All that was said to finish was to expect calls from creditors and to forward letters to them.
Is it done do you think?

Thanks Merry but I'm now wondering if he's going to look back beyond six years to see what I did with the equity. I remember I had to fill in a form for the DWP because shortly after moving I had to prove I hadn't deliberately disposed of capital. I did and they were perfectly satisfied that I hadn't and had used it to pay debts and rent. God I wish I still had that letter as it's so long ago I can't remember much about it
Oh well, no point in worrying is there? I've been totally honest that's the main thing. I just hate loose ends, that's my problem, I need to look on the bright side.

when i had my "interview" my OR had not even looked at any of my paperwork so i was on teneder hooks for a few wks waiting for a letter or call asking me to explain, this that or the other. It never happened but it is still there at the back of your mind. As time goes by and you don't hear anything the easier it gets to relax.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
