If you really want to have some fun - get your husband to call Welcome and ask why the Data Protection has been broken by one of their representatives? ie discussing with another person about a financial agreement that has nothing to do with them.
I would then put it in writing and a formal complaint to the Office of Fair TradingI am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0

I wish I could. But part of the reason I am dealing with everything is because my OH just doesn't deal with things very well.
Also he can't talk on the phone as he has a bad stutter.
Saying that, we have never given permission to Welcome for them to deal with me, so we could still write to them to complain.0

If you do write make sure you put on the letter in bold letters "formal complaint" and also ask for their procedures about how they deal with complaints. They have to make these available to you.I am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0
