Do we have to tell them we've moved?

OH's DMP starts on July 1st. We've sent our letters and token payments etc.
We are trying to save money where possible and are hopefully going to be moving to a cheaper house at the end of July.
I'm just wondering if we have to contact each of his creditors and tell them our new address, or because he is with CCCS and making payments via them, do we not have to tell them?

I know we probably will be best to tell them, just scared to make contact in case they start to harass him

You need to tell them. You could miss something important that they post to you - e.g. like a notice before legal action, an intention to give you a CCJ. If you don't know about it you can't defend it. They would always write to you with this kind of thing not CCCS.

Also you could miss them sending out a really low settlement offer which would be worth your while to take.

Write to each and every one (but don't include a phone number!)

Thanks Tixy, thought we would have to but wanted to check. We will prob get our mail redirected for the first month and in the mean time write to them all with our new addy.
