First of all, apologies if I've posted this in the wrong section!!!!
I found this today and it looks pretty good. It's just a little metal-washer thing that you attatch between your shower hose and the tap or shower on off system thing. Hard to explain sorry! But they reckon you can save upto £900 a year on water and energy bills, etc with it. They'll send you it for free too - you don't even have to pay P & P which is pretty cool
Definately worth a try!

I don't understand how it works? Is it cutting down on the amount of water that is going to get through? If that's the case, then I'm not interested. My shower isn't very powerful as it is. It's a bit strange.0

Well like I said, I only found it today myself, so thought I'd tell everyone about it incase they were interested and wanted to try it
I think yes it's probably more for people who have quite powerful water pressureWins 2013: Stella Cidre Chalice, Pack of Berol fabric pens, Comfort Umbrella, £50 cash, Warburtons brad and picnic hamper :j0 -
Got one, totally free so nothing lost I thought. Don't notice any great change but says it limits the water to a maximum flow. No charge whatsoever so nothing lost. A plastic bag 'flow tester' included to see if it is worth it for you. BUT IT's TOTALLY FREE so get one and pass it on if it's not for you it may help someone else. (well made and easy to fit).0
