I wouldn't give them a penny the robbing bar stewards.
That let me and many others buy gift vouchers for presents the other year, knowing full well they would be on their !!!! by christmas. They would not even let you spend them while the stores where still open.
Bloody thieves they are! and I hope they go bust again soon0 -

Relaunch

On Monday 2 March 2009 at 10:00, the Zavvi website was re-launched, after being purchased by The Hut Group. The website sells entertainment products in addition to a new range of items including perfume.[88][89] Whilst retaining the same branding, Zavvi.co.uk now has no relations to the former high street entertainment retailer and is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Hut Group.

Nope, different !!!!, different bucket, (as you put it!!). They are completely different owners who, perhaps unwisely, retained the trading name. That is all that is the same - just the name.
The Hut Group (often typeset as The Hut or thehut, and also known as TheHut.com) runs electronic commerce (e-commerce) operations for various brands. The company was founded in March 2004. Clients of the Hut Group's white label service include Asda, Tesco, LOVEFiLM and Sendit.com.[1] On 2 March 2009, the Hut Group relaunched Zavvi.co.uk which now operates as a subsidiary of The Hut Group. The new Zavvi.co.uk has no relation to the former high street retailer or to Zavvi's successor Head Entertainment.[4] The Hut Group is currently the UK's fifth largest online retailer of entertainment products.[2]0 -

Do you work for them or something? If a group want to trade with a name that was previously associated with a robbing company that is there choice. Just dont expect any sympathy0 -
Cashwaster I share your opinion.
If this company wants me as a customer, they have totally chosen the wrong name!0 -
