Do you mean in terms of places to go or bars/restaurants etc?
If it's fine dining, i'd recommend the Witchery or Oloroso0 -
Browns on George Street is also really nice but most of the time you have to book.0

i would read the post at the top of the Scotland forum re -'things to do in Edinburgh', theres 87 replies so far, plus the other thread 'where to eat in Edinburgh'. Should be more than enough info to impress there! Enjoy0

I think the Witchery is overrated and overpriced.
Been there twice and found it disappointing.
It looks good but the service and food are not that great
The Atrium is a great place to go or Number 1 in the basement of the Balmoral. Even the main restaurant on the ground floor is good too. They are not cheap. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0
