well i had my interview in april. had to haggle to keep my car in interview found out week after they accepted. regards to income and making payments she never mentioned anything nor did she mention about my house ( in negatvie and secured loan) pay mortgage and trying to keep house.. june and still heard nothing..must be v.busy lol. anyhow rang for a update with regards to IPA house etc...
they said no to ipa not enough spare cash, house they did a drive by valuation of 68k my mortgage is 74k and 10k loan so she said i could keep it. thats it all over just waiting on discharge in march lol
have to say these last fe months have been the best. i have been able to live again and have fun with my partner and little girl with no or shud i say very little worries. i love life again. i pay my wage into a basic barclays cash card account and have no hassle from anyone about money. i get the odd letter here and there regarding a old debt tho i dont worry with what thet threaten im BR and they cant touch me. i smile when i get the odd letters i send them a copy of my BR and its a world away from how i used to feel and react when they would flood thru my letterbox.
my name appeared in the london paper tho no-one mentioned seeing me in local...i cant say i seen the ad either and by god i looked. its been nearly 3 months now into my bankruptcy and the only people who know is my gf and dad who have supported me thruout the last few months. i didnt want my work to find out and sure enough they are non the wiser
my life is great. me and my gf have our civil ceremony end of year and we even been able to book a week abroad for our honeymoon. life is great when you have no debt eating all your wage and i now live within my means. :-) thats my experiance anyhow. my OR was very helpful and to anyone in two minds.. do it do it do it !! have a fresh start to life..god lifes hard enough without struggling thru. ive learned alot and i wouldnt get into debt again.
i celebrated my 25th birthday last week and since 18 i have been in debt.. i enjoyed my 25th more than any other. we didnt spend much and it wasnt paid on a credit card... :rotfl:
