  • Right then maybe I need to go into branch and try and sort mine out. Seems odd that its so different between the call centre and branch.

    can you help i am sole account holder for mortgage to property but mother's name is on land certificate and charge certificate my father was on mortgage, land and charge too until he passed away recently, since this has all come to light now i am wondering what my position is in terms of removing mothers name as clearly an error made somewhere!!!
