10 days to go....!

EEK

Everything is going pretty smoothly and I am quite relaxed, but have a nagging doubt in my mind that everything is going to go tits up, surely things cannot just go smoothly for so long?

Are you able to put your finger on the part you're worried will go wrong? xx
  • My main concern is the reception, our planner at the venue is fab, but I just worry that the first time I will see the room set up is when I get there on the evening. We have a few bits to put on tables etc and I just want it all to look ok!

Also, we are taking everything the day before so he can chill the fizz etc and they have a wedding that night and I don't want anything to get ruined or mixed up with their stuff.

I think I am stressing over nothing!

Im sure its just last minute nerves, why dont you tall the venue you are a bit worried about mx ups and things and see if they can put your mind at ease :)

Have you shown them how you want the tables set up? Gone and done it for them so they can copy it kind of thing? At least that way you know they will be doing what you had in mind :)

Can you get one of the wedding party to be responsible for setting up the room before you arrive?

They know how we want it set up and we have seen it set up before and it looks beautiful, but I am just a natural born worrier!

Unfortunately, we are going straight from the church to the reception so there wouldn't be anyone who can help set up unless they missed the actual ceremony!
