House Valuation from Estate Agents re Equity

Hi All
We have a house in neg equity - we've had three valuations from estate agents - one of which volunteered a written valuation which the OR needs to prove it's in negative equity but we could do with three written valuations.
Has anyone got any ideas how I get the other two agents to give me a written valuation without me having to explain that I'm BR. We live in a small neighborhood and it's a little uncomfortable. Are there any other reasons why a written valuation would be needed?
The agents have all given figures confirming that there is neg equity so we will be looking for my wife to buy my beneficial interest (house is joint owned) so any tips from anyone out there who has been down this road would be appreciated.

Tell them you're moving away from the area because of an overseas contract, or something along those lines?0
