    Just got hold of my voucher yesterday. Can't see how they can change the rules to suit themselves by asking for a deposit though. If it doesn't say it on the voucher, I don't see how they can enforce that! Will be calling tomorrow. David lloyd Basildon, here I come!!!!

    A lot of people are finding that the slots reserved for this promotion have been filled so are missing out. If you've got a voucher and a local salon then phone asap!

    I had mine cut yesterday in the new salon in Sheffield. A very friendly service, great advice and I even got a 20% discount card which is valid until Novemeber 2009. The card can be used even at weekends.

    While I was having my hair washed I took full advantage of the groovy vibrating/massage chairs they have too!! BONUS!

    I plan on going back again to get my colour done - great offer, great service and they've gained a client! :-)

    xx
    Since registering I have;

    Had a free haircut, free Starbucks coffee (daily), free Visit Scotland book, free Open University Fossils guide book, free Rimmel Mascara, free Rimmel nail varnish, free sun cream, free Nivea cream, free Olay samples, free Lacoste samples... I've lost track already......!!

    I was really disappointed cos I phoned at the start of the week and they said they were fully booked already :rolleyes:

    But they took my phone no. anyways, and guess what, they called this morning as they had a cancellation and I got my free cut :beer:

    Really pleased with the service, hair looks great too... guess it's worth leaving them your no. just in case.

    How can they do these offers and then change the rules to say you cannot have a free appointment with them? Where could i find the terms and conditions for this?

    I just rang my local salon in Basildon and they have booked me in for Tuesday, just reminded me to bring the voucher with me. Yipee, aves me paying for a haircut on Saturday which I was planning.

    Well certainly wouldn't go back again, had a dreadful haircut, which i've had to pay to correct somewhere else and feeling really guilty as recommended this to a friend and her daughter and they both had dreadful haircuts! Supposedly she was a senior stylist, but I want to know do they test them before letting them loose on people. If it had been a trainee with supervision, I could understand the different length of layers. the underneath layers being shorter that the ones over them All in all, a dreadful experience!
