Mate you need not worry about being refused BR as you have been told that BR is your only option by the CAB and they dont tell you that lightly as they often try to get people down the IVA route. Like you have told me you have a load more going out than coming in and with no way to arrange another way out you would be classed as Insolvent so BR will be granted.

The problems with vehicles as i understand it is they seem to make the rules up as they go along there are other on here Nev32 who will be able to tell you.

Well you can advice on that mate from the CAB although im sure someone one here will have an answer.

It was new and weird for me this time last year buddy and i too turned up at the court thinking there will be a problem but you have been told by 2 companies now that you need to go down the road of BR.

To put your mind at rest go to http://www.makesenseofcards.co.uk/soacalc.html

Fill this in and at the bottom you can press MSE format and post it onto here i know its a little personal and warts and all but some of the people on here have been around alot longer than me mate as you know and will give you some great feedback. This will also be handy as when we start doing your forms will need this for the court anyway.

    nev welcome.
I never had a house to worry about but for what its worth you need to secure a home for your kids, so i would make that you main concern. Get yourself down that council office first thing tomorrow and start the ball rolling. All the other things will fall into place eventually. Take one day/thing at a time.

Just keep coming here for any questions you may have no matter how silly you think they are....if they help ease your mind/the bc process thats all that counts.Dx
