    My bezzie mate (who has known me for a long long time) and is very sensible has just admitted that the very same thing happened to her when she went to see Prince.:rotfl:

    I can't believe it....

    Anyway scorgy if you are around - its going to be 24 degrees here on Sunday so I am seriously thinking about NOT doing the run on Sunday. I have had a couple of bad runs lately and after last nights shenanigans I am seriously under prepared for it. I am scared of doing it and losing my confidence in running altogether.....it nearly happened on Sunday to be honest......

    spud - you look just fine. It doesn't matter what you look like though - you were there, you did it, you completed it - it is an enormous achievement -think how scared you were when you first applied to do it.

    Sammy if you are tired and think you are under prepared I would give it a miss. I think you need to get in some more long distance steady/slow runs then sign up for a 10k in 1-2 months. Have a look and see if there are any End Aug/Beg Sept and I might join you. DH can take DD to see the outlaws and I can come running :)
