The likelihood...

Hi,

Just wondered if I can ask you guys your opinions on my likelihood of getting a 90% mortgage with a prime lender given my circumstances....

I was discharged from bankruptcy in 2001 and have since gained an excellent credit rating again (been a long 8 years) but I am aware that most mortgage applications ask if you have ever been bankrupt. Obviously I will answer yes to this question but does anybody know what sort of effect it is going to have in the current climate??

Thanks,

Chris

probably best to check on the bankruptcy board about that question.

I would have thought you may need a higher deposit that that but I am not sure for definite :)
