not sure about that BUT most IP addresses in the UK change everytime you log off and on anyway so that's easy enough to get around. what i found was that when i tried to order another one, even with buying an item from them it said i'd already had one, but i tried again using my wee ones email and yep she got one too (sadly no arts or kiddie stuff, i'll have to see if i can swap them for something)

so i think the email is the issue, i signed up for this using my same details but a different email than i've used before so i'll let everyone know if i get anything or not.

are you definitely sure it's free? You have to open customer's account and they request billing information. "Please enter your name and billing address (where your credit/debit card statements are sent to)."
