Rota/contract advice needed please

Phoned up on Saturday and said I was getting stressed out with the whole thing and couldn't do the hours and I was told to just do my contracted hours as normal.

I came in normally on Monday. No problem, but I came in on Tuesday, early instead of late like I was allowed and the store manager had left instructions that I was to be sent away and come back 3 hours later, bearing in mind I live 20 miles away from my work, lol. I informed him id already spoke to the other manager and had permission to do this. Seemingly the manager believes in my interview I was told I would be expected to do flexible working hours (although this isn't in my contract), oh and next weeks rota has been changed back to what it should be.
