To say I'd won a Father's Day competition. Unfortunately they rang the wrong person - it was a different name pulled out of the hat but he'd phoned me and had my address.:mad:

Needless to say, GUTTED. Plus just found out that my car needs a new headgasket (£500+ ) so really needed a boost! *gets the violins out*

Oh thats awful! I would have at least expected 'a little something ' to say sorry. That would have been the least they could have done...I would not have been amused. Poor You.

shocking :eek: i would be gutted too about the comp and the head gasket, if its any consilation i very nearly hit a pheasant today thank the lord for abs just left me a nervous wreck.:o

hopefully the postman will be good to you tomorrow and bring you a massive cheque.xx

how awful really,is like when the email says congratulations on the title and you cant wait to open it and find out that you didnt win the main prize but 10% discount
