Top Cash Back - How many Nudges should it take?!

Just a little advice please from anyone who has used 'Top cash back'.
On 1st April 09 I purchased my car insurance through Co-op Insurance on the top cashback website and have been expecting £75.00 cashback.
However it took ages for topcash back to acknowledge the claim so I sent a nudge and then during May 09 my enquiry was updated to 'Waiting for Retailer', now another month later I'm still waiting - so sent another nudge.
I know that sending a nudge doesn't move my claim to the top of the list it only makes the topcash back staff aware that I've got an outstanding claim but how much longer will I have to wait?
My last claim was paid out really quickly so maybe I'm just being inpatient!
Has anyone else had to wait longer than 2 months for a claim to be paid out?

best is to treat it as money you don't have until it hits your account.
I have to manually claim all my ebay fees now, used to be fine now they just don't seem to track and all my other stuff does daily, strange.
longest waited was 3 months.
this happened with quidco as well, ebay tracks to start with then stops after a month or so0 -
im still waiting for a claim that started in november i think it was from little woods direct i bought a digital camera and was meant to get about £30 back i put in a claim and they said the retailer is rufusing to pay out, there is no reason for them not to pay other then then are just trying to hold all the money they can, i have sent a nudge and it says waiting for retailer again. i have a few friends who have had the same problem with little woods direct and them not paying so i will not be using them again.2010 wins: docking station, Plantronics .audio 995 digital wireless stereo headset, 2x darkthrone albums, geisha assassin dvd. stokes gigs t-shirt, 21 bottles of jamesons whicky, knomo 4 laptop/handbags. 2x dvd, cook book.0
