I'm at work too. I think I could probably get the sack for the amount of time I spend on here

I am at home now but I do have a quick look first thing when i get to work, aswell as the bbc news. I go on at lunch time, which stops treks to the shops & pub, & i might peek a couple of times during the day if i am running a report or something which locks up the rest of my machine ( see, i have my excuses all lined up in case anyone asks !)

I just had to take a peek at work the other day..but our company is so "secure" that it won't let me access the chat forums, let alone log on

So I have a double fix at home - before we leave in the morning and then the evening! :D

  • Well, its 7 pm and i'm on a conference phone call in a hotel far from home, i've been travelling since 7am this morning.

We're so locked down at work we only have our company intranet - it sucks. Thankfully i can use the net from my hotel room.

Sometimes i work at home.. then i read the site all day long

Yes I look on here & sometimes post from work...but only if it is quiet.

I have to be careful which PC I use though (I work with a selection!) as my usual one has a monitor tool on it which shows my boss which sites I have been on.....perhaps I should let him see, I might get a bloody pay rise then :rotfl:

I'm at home now, but I do look occasionally at work, but I never post from there. I know my organisation monitors use of the internet randomly as I've had to defend members who have been caught (I'm a union rep). My excuse (if I do ever get asked) will be that I'm looking for money saving tips to pass onto members!
