Hi,
I need some advice.
My current deal ends on 31 aug (5.79%) ends in a few months away. The svr will be 4.99%. My ltv is 85%
I've applied for a first direct offset 4.09% 3YF and paid the booking fee of £99. but am concerned about being turned becasue the valuation will be too small and thus I wont fit into their LTV criteria.
So, my concerns are:
Can i challenge the valuation if its too low? (i know there is a thread on this)
If i am turned down - will the chances of applying for another mortgae be scuppered due to the fact that First direct did a recent credit search for this application?
Do you have to wait between mortgage applications for this reason?
many thanks for any advice

Wait and see what FD say and hope the valuation is for less than 85%
If they do turn you down then time to see a broker0
