Re mortgage for 13 year borrowing 95000 on a property worth around 230000
Been given a decision in principle for a HSBC 5year fixed at 4.34% with a £699 booking fee
I think that's the best deal I can find am I right ?

On the HSBC website last night they were doing 4.24% 5 year fix fee £899 but it might well be gone !!
And the size of the mortgage may well make it worth it!0 -
with the amount i need to borrow the booking fee for the 4.24 is £1299. so I think I have the best deal..0

Don't hang around, I'd snap that one up. I looked today and HSBC were offering 5yr at 4.99%0
