Moving deal?

Hi,
We have a fixed deal ending in October.
We have an outstanding amount £123k plus a charging order of £25k house only worth £150k. Now I know we are not an ideal candidate but was wondering what sort of advisor we should talk too even if it means being on a higher rate again as it gives up peace of mind to know what we have to find each month. The rate we are on now is 7.54% changing to 3.99% above the LIBOR rate.
Any thoughts?
