Which lenders do you think have the most stingy valuation price and which lenders have the most generous valuation price in the current market situation. It would be good if you can get me the real references.

Surely it depends on the valuer, and on how much similar properties have goen for in recent weeks/months.0

You would think beecher, but on some of the other threads, it is clear that the valuation given to your house has little to do with what houses are actually selling for in the area. I have just got a valuation done for a remortgage and have been given a vlaue of 100k less than I paid for the house 2 years ago and may not now be able to remortgage.Norn Iron Member 3830
