    Thanks, thats better. The phone is high as it includes my mobile and internet - I know thats a luxury but thought i would give it a try.

    take the mobile out & list it as a seperate outgoing.....the OR has an allowance for mobile so might make the landline look a little better

    OK thanks, just was getting a little confused where to list everything as some posts say to lump landline and mobile together. But I'll separate them out.

    Yes it does help with work, my job involves lots of research and also doing an open university course for work so need it for that. I'll log it separately then.

    If you can bump it up another £30 on somwhere you will be out of the realms of the IPO criteria. which is a £99 surplus minimum before they apply an IPO
