IPOQ
I have just received an IPOQ in the post along with a letter from the insolvency service, basically stating i need to fill in and return if i am to be considered for early discharge.
Im just a little confused on how to fill in as i lived on my own when i went BR, and i now live with my partner. I am currently not working.
Do i need to still put on all the household outgoings and his salary even though i dont contribute at the moment? He is not BR, only me.
If this is the case can i just make his salary match the outgoings, after all , surely they cant force any payments off debt from his salary.
Or do i not fill in any household outgoings as i dont pay anything?
any help appreciated.
Or should i just not bother filling in and returning, and miss out on a chance of early discharge?

Just put the household bills as they are, whatever they come to put that as your OH contribution. Then put your JSA(if you are getting it) as your income but in the benefits box.

Thanks, and i presume the same rules apply for any future SOA i submit should circumstances change. I can just juggle figures should i get a job, i can reduce his salary and contributions accordingly?0

I received the ipoq from the OR and have just rang them about filing it in.
I explained to my OR, that I am on JSA and she says " Just send the proof and write on the form 'for att of Miss Jones' there is no need to list income and outgoings" So job done then. In conclusion if you are confused by the IPOQ give them a call.
She also helped me out with the daughters Uni app (finance forms) she told me " To refer the company to her for evidence and confirmantion of previous income and circumstance"
She was most helpful and if I need any more assistance I am to call her:TBetter to be poor than a slave to wealth

Personally, I would also send it with a covering letter about you not working and not claiming whilst your OH pays for everything. Make it clear - just in case the OR doesn't read the IPOQ properly!0 -
Thanks, i will do. Really nervous about filling any more forms in and signing them!! (obviously have problems signing any sort of form now since thats what got me in the mess in the first place). Finding myself triple checking it in case they say i have to pay anything back!! (when quite obviously i cant). Im a scaredy cat.0
