You have? Are you sure that it's not just a threatogram from a debt collection agency? Can you name them, please and say what it says on the letter exactly? We can advise you on the next step... Bear in mind that it is highly unlikely that they could send bailiffs without you having been taken to court and having lost the case, and your post didn't indicate that this was anywhere near this.

How much is your total debt - with the others added on?
Perhaps if it is below £15,000 and likely to be under £15,000 for 12 months you could consider a Debt Relief Order with the CCCS or Payplan etc?0 -
Going back to the cutting back again, make sure you buy value brands for absolutely everything. They may not be great, but at least you'll start saving some money there.
Check you are receiving all benefits you are entitled to, especially Job Seekers Allowance.
And finally, keep looking for a job. Don't give up! Try registering with some agencies, as even temporary work should help you out a little bit.0
