Fallen off the wagon, need to get back on. My updated SOA

Hi all,
Over the past couple of months I have got complacent and fallen of the DFW wagon a little and need some help getting back on (and a kick up the backside)!
I thought I would motivate myself by re-doing my SOA (although it makes me cringe to think how much I have overspent the past few months.
If there is anywhere where people can help me save I would appreciate it! Or just some general help with getting back on the wagon and staying there!!
My mortgage has just gone down as it has just come off its fixed period - hence the reason why I am trying to save some money (£600 a month hopefully) to try and make some headway with the capital.
I pay my parents £200 a month for a loan, which they paid to buy my ex out of the house.
I am also due £3k inheritance (which I am going to use to pay off most of my credit card)
and am waiting on some compensation from a personal injury claim (which is estimated to be about £4k+) which I am going to put towards my overpaying my mortgage fund!
My wages already have a season ticket loan deducted for my travel to and from work and my pension comes out too.
Mortgage £390.00 interest only at the moment
Council Tax £127.88
Mobile Phone approx £50.00
Gas & Electricity £67.00
Water Rates £33.55
Buildings and Contents £33.92
Life Insurance £27.00
Mortgage Protection Insurance £34.45
Home Phone £23.88
Pet Insurance £12.06
TV License £11.95
British Gas Homecare £18.88
Mum and Dad Loan £200.00
Loan Insurance £8.28
M&S Credit Card (0% at the mo) £65.00 balance £3400.00
Car Insurance £19.00
Sky TV £18.50
TOTAL SPENDS £1,141.35
Wages take home £1820.15
Lodger £320.00
TOTAL TAKE HOME £2140.15
Leaves £998.80
£600 into savings account (to overpay mortgage)
Leaves £398.80
Any advice?
Thanks a million :T
