I wonder how my employers would react, if at the next round of wage negotiations, we asked for some changes to our job descriptions.
"We would like to turn up for work when we want".
"We will produce what we want, when we feel like doing so".
"We don't care if we produce at a time, when your customers don't want what we produce".
"We will make no commitment to satisfy the customer by producing what they need, when they need it"
"We will expect the tax payer to cough up for this lack of efficiency"
