I've got my letter, have sent my email, have got my out of office reply and will be heading down Friday night and coming home Sunday. I'm taking the letter, copies of the email I sent and the reply received AND my M&M delivery note just in case. I'm sure it will be fine. The reply also confirms that the camping IS included for the mac and not the towel.

I think it's 29th but someone has mentioned on this that is was extended. If you can find your customer number from previous orders (or by calling them) I can pm you the email address. They only ask for your name, your guests name. It's the letter you take with you that you get with your delivery that will get you in. The out of office is just your instructions.

Hi, did anyone else buy more than one on the same customer number? I bought two as I am going with a friend then OH is coming up later in the day as he has work. I have emailed my name plus three others, this shouldn't be a problem should it?

To answer my own question, I have just spoken to MandM and it appears I was wrong, now I only have two tickets, why did I not buy the second towel in my OH's name? I don't know what to do now, i'm actually very upset as the whole thing is organised and I am going nto have to let 2 people down.

Although the letter does say "complimentary weekend festival entry to Vince Powers Hop Farm Festival with each festival towel purchased entitling two people to attend"

people who bought the splashmac camping is included for the whole weekend.....

there is fan site on face book and some asked that question and the answer was

if anyone wants to see the fan site just seach the Hop Festival on facebook......

looks like the car prk and camp site are about 5mins from each other... result!!

If you are planning on bringing children I would double check this information. I spotted that Children under 12 are free with a paying adult on the Hop farm website but not sure this counts for the offer or not.
Apologies if this info came from somewhere else, I just spotted it and thought it would be worth checking in advance rather than finding out when you turn up!

I RANG MandM DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND I WAS TOLD THAT "OUT OF OFFICE" EMAIL WAS THE ONLY ONE NEEDED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE GUESTLIST!!!

I'm sitting here worrying, I haven't even told my OH yet. I've emailed mandm but not had a reply yet, i'm so worried i've messed this up and none of us will be going. Its a long story but my friend was going to accompay me (I have ME) and my young baby and OH was going to come up after work to help and take us home.
