You would not have a DNA test for a person with care. it would be a declaration of Perternity instead. However the court can still order a three person test they just use a close relative.

I just don't understand it!!! Honestly... the CSA finalised everything today, told me the amount I will be getting.. told me it will be in the bank at the end of the month as agreed by my ex... they have done it really quickly and efficiently

Seriously, and I know I am so very lucky.. but I wonder what the fcucks up are with them?! :cool:

Well I haven't askd them to collect, just be there in the background and get the assessment... because.. when she said that it was all done and dusted BUT 'the task has been sent to another department' ... I had visions of me being here 10 years on rocking and moaning about the CSA :rotfl:

So I said I would let the git pay direct to my account - which he will do. I don't disbelieve him. I gave him petrol money tonight 'cause he's skint till Friday ... but I want him to run up and have the kids.. :rolleyes:
