I'm a little low on energy lately and wondered if anyone had any tips.
I was thinking of Yeatvite if it's still around, I've never taken it and would like to know other peoples experiences or if you can suggest an alternative.
Thanks

If you can force yourself to go out for a walk, this can sometimes help to recharge the old batteries. Especially if you've got sunshine like we have just now, hope it lasts. I have 2 dogs that need lots of excercise, and on the few mornings that I've been feeling tired, and had to drag myself out of the house, halfway through the walk, I feel much better. I must admit that since I got my dogs, I feel a lot healthier for getting out and about in the fresh air. I'm not saying everyone should get a dog, but the walking has been so good for me, and its free excercise as well.

Hi
I went to a health food shop and they sold me Siberian Gingseng 1000mg and i think its brilliant!
I take 1 a day, first thing on a morning, and before i used to be 'flagging' about 4pm, but i still feel wide awake til i go to bed now. :j
You have to take them first thing on a morning, or else you won't be able to sleep at night.
If you haven't got a health food shop near you, you can buy them on ebay, cos i've seen 'em0 -
Don't know about a 'quick energy booster', but, porridge is a good thing to start off your day as it gives you energy - slow release energy, and is good for you. I sometimes have it at lunchtime!0

Hi needmoney,Its no wonder your feeling low on energy if you have arthritis,it is so draining isnt it? you have my sympathy, my dad is waiting for a knee transplant, and I know how much pain he is in.btw needmoney, re the yeastvite, my mam used to swear by this when she was younger. Think you can still get it.

Thanks Sue, yes it is draining it has a lots of effects, pain = less activity = loss of muscle, I have it in both hands and feet now, not crippling but debilitating.
I think I will try yeastvite next time I'm out.Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)

You could try Berocca - it's a vitamin drink thats packed with B and C vitamins. The chemist recommended it to me when I was run down after a virus. It's not that cheap but I've seen it cheaper in Tesco than the chemist.HTH0
