Court Order against bankrupt company

I have a Court Order against a company granted last year. The company never paid the £1,700.00 court order.
Company went bankrupt but has been taken over and the new owner of the company has admitted he took on the debts and liabilities of the company.
Do I have to start all over again or can I have my court order amended so i can pursue the debt from the new company.
Thanks
